Interior Care

The half of the car you actually touch.

Deep extraction, leather treatment and trim restoration — every surface in the cabin brought back and properly finished, not only the ones on show.

What’s included

Every surface. Seen or not.

A full cabin process, worked in sequence from the surfaces you cannot reach outward — because the parts you never look at are the parts that hold the dirt.

Deep Clean

04 Stages

  1. Full Extraction

Carpets, mats and upholstery extracted rather than surface-vacuumed, so what is lifted actually leaves the car.

  2. Hard-To-Reach Areas

Rails, vents, seat channels and door shuts worked properly, because that is exactly where soiling collects.

  3. Glass & Screens

Interior glass and screens taken to a smear-free finish, including the surfaces you only notice at night.

  4. Odour Treatment

The source dealt with rather than covered, so the cabin smells of nothing instead of smelling of fragrance.

Restore

04 Stages

  1. Leather Care

Cleaned and conditioned at the right strength for the hide, so it is left supple rather than stripped.

  2. Trim Restoration

Plastics and trim brought back to their proper finish, without the wet shine that only attracts dust.

  3. Fabric Protection

Treated so spills sit on the surface long enough to be lifted, instead of soaking straight into the weave.

  4. Final Inspection

Every surface checked in daylight before the car is handed back, not under workshop lighting.

Why it matters

Why Interior Care Matters

You spend every journey sitting inside the cabin and almost none of it looking at the paint. The inside is the part you actually live with.

  1. A Healthier Cabin

Dust, allergens and bacteria collect in fabric and vents. Extraction removes them rather than moving them around.

  2. Stops Wear Early

Grit ground into carpet and leather is what wears them out. Lifting it out is what keeps them intact.

  3. Protects Resale Value

A tired interior is the first thing a buyer sits in, and the hardest thing to talk your way around.

  4. Better Every Journey

A clean, fresh cabin changes how a car feels to drive far more than most owners expect it to.

  5. Preserves Materials

Leather, fabric and trim each need different treatment. Given the right one, they last considerably longer.

The cabin is the part you sit in.

Because the inside of the car is the half you actually experience, every single day.

What to expect

From first vacuum to final check.

The cabin is worked in sequence, from the surfaces you cannot see outward. This is how an interior runs at THE 96K.

Precision in every detail.

  1. Arrival

We go through the cabin with you and note anything that needs care — stains, damage, or trim that is already tired.

  2. Strip Out

Mats and loose items come out so that every surface underneath them can actually be reached and worked.

  3. Deep Clean

Extraction and detailed cleaning, worked from the hardest-to-reach surfaces outward rather than the other way round.

  4. Restore

Leather, trim and fabric each treated to what that material needs, rather than one product used across everything.

  5. Handover

We walk the cabin with you in daylight, and are straight about anything that could not be fully brought back.

Common questions

Straight answers, before you book.

Will you get old stains out?

Often, but not always. Some marks have dyed the fibre rather than sat on top of it. We will tell you honestly what is likely to lift and what is not before we start, rather than afterwards.

Is it safe for leather and Alcantara?

Yes — when they are treated differently, which they are. Tell us what the cabin is trimmed in when you book and the products are set to it.

Do I need to empty the car first?

Please clear personal belongings from the cabin and the boot. Everything else, mats and loose trim included, is handled here.

Will the interior smell of chemicals afterwards?

It should smell of nothing at all. We deal with the source of an odour rather than layering a fragrance over the top of it.

Can you get pet hair out?

Yes. It takes considerably longer than most owners expect, so it is worth mentioning when you book and the time is set aside for it.

How long will the result last?

That depends entirely on how the car is used — children, pets, work gear and daily mileage all change it. We will tell you what to expect for your car at handover.
