We walk the vehicle with you before anything starts, so you know what will be done and why. Nothing is agreed over a counter.

Paint, trim and interior are read under proper light. The plan is set to the car in front of us rather than to a template.

Every stage is completed in order and checked before the next begins. A step is finished when it is finished.

What is the difference between a wash and a detail?
A wash removes what is sitting on the surface. A detail decontaminates it, works every surface in sequence and finishes the interior as well — the car leaves corrected and protected rather than only clean.
Do I need to prepare the car before bringing it in?
Only clear personal belongings from the cabin and boot so every surface can actually be reached. Everything else is handled here.
Is it safe for wrapped, coated or freshly refinished panels?
Yes. Tell us what the car is running when you book and the products and process are set to it — nothing aggressive goes near a finish that cannot take it.
How often should this be done?
That depends on how the car is stored, how far it travels and what it is exposed to. We would rather tell you honestly what your car needs at handover than put every vehicle on the same schedule.
Will you tell me about damage you find?
Always, whether or not it is something we are able to put right. Anything found is shown to you rather than worked around or quietly polished over.
Can you work on any vehicle?
The sequence is the same whatever the car. What changes is the products, the timings and how far the correction is taken.
